1.1) Pricing
● All prices are given as the Ex-Factory prices, excluding Freight and insurance Charge;
● All prices are quoted in banding range from the current sliver price in the global market.

1.2) Order & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
● Sample Order
--2 pieces/pairs per style
--For sample request of Ring, one size can be selected.
●Bulk Order
--25 pieces/pairs per style
--4 sizes of Ring can be applied.


Remark：The production won’t be started without the confirmation by both parties.

1.3) Lead Time (Approximately)
● 2-3weeks for Sample Order
● 4-5weeks for Bulk Order (After Proforma Invoice confirmation & paid 30% deposit)

● Regular post
   --Express Mail Service
●Courier
   --Federal Express
   --UPS
   --DHL

 
Term of Payment:
● Advance Payment via Telex Transfer(T/T)
-30% deposit before mass production will be started and the balance 70% when the shipment is ready for dispatch.
 

Retum &Claim Policy:
   --The claim must be made in writing within 15 days after received merchandise;
   --Over 30 days claim will be subject to Labor Charge for repair or replacement.
